Black Water Farms fundraisers run from September 1st through April 30th and are flexible enough to meet your clubs needs. We can offer weekday and weekend events to fit your schedule as needed.
The standard fee for a typical fundraising hunt is $250.00 per Hunter of which $50.00 per hunter is returned to the club or non-profit. In addtion to the club refund there are also multiple ways to accumulate addtional funds.
The concourse at Black Water Farms, LLC includes 25 blinds of which can hold up to three Hunters. We can provide material for your club to sell blind sponsors for each blind at a recommended $100.00 per blind. Acquiring one sponsor per blind would result in an additional $2,500.00 to your club. Two Sponsor's per blind would result in an additional $5,000.00. Your club can create your own Sponsor fees to meet your needs.
We provide a licensed gun dealer to raffle any amount of firearms your club desires. Contact Bruce Visniski at (231) 329-2801.
We have a variety of multiple items to raffle including art work, clothing, and hunting supplies. This is also a good time for your club to auction off some of its items as well. Black Water Farms will add a 20 bird hunt to each auction as cost which is $200.00. This is a $500.00 value to the purchase
This can include a 5 shot group contest with club supplied 22 rifles or a 20 group wobble trap shootout at our ranges. These contests are generally distributed at a rate of 50% to the Winner and %50 to the club or non-profit.
